2016 Specialized Enduro Comp 29

Shred the whole mountain! The all-mountain Specialized Enduro Comp 29 is built to pedal up and absolutely crush it back down. The lightweight yet rugged M5-aluminum frame features 155mm of active, efficient FSR rear suspension and is adorned with a whole slew of sweet components. A plush 160mm RockShox Pike fork, a Fox Float Performance rear shock with AutoSag, and a 1x11 SRAM drivetrain keeps this rig shredding all over the mountain no matter what the terrain throws at you. And up or down, traction and full-zest cornering are yours with the 29-inch Roval Fattie wheels and tubeless-ready Specialized Butcher and Slaughter tires making short work of everything you're screaming towards. What's more, the Comp is spec'd with wide Specialized bars and sure-stopping SRAM Guide discs. Top it all off with Specialized's renowned Body Geometry saddle and Command Post dropper post for more pure shredding goodness.

        Comments:

I ride down hill and XC, bought the 20 Enduro Comp 6 months ago and have only been back to the shop for a tire repair. I Ride weekly at the least putting in an average of 10 to 12 miles per ride. The shifting and braking a solid I have read where others have upgraded and I see no reason to do so! The shifting is crisp and has not faltered a bit. The breaking was good enough to keep me under control at speeds up to 30 mph downhill. Out with friends yesterday and we switch up bikes one rides a Giant trance 650b, the other a 29er hardtail (so he barely counts..lol). But on X trails neither bike felt as effortless or as in control as the Enduro, Plan on buying another for my son. If the bike needs anything mine did not come with a dropper post, that is on my list of things to get.

          Comments:

This thing is an absolute mountain crusher. It's allowed me to destroy my old DH times while still allowing me to compete with my cross-country and uphill times. I really can't say enough about it. The gnarlier the trail the better for me and this beast can take the beating. Love it!
