Winter Indoor Training Program
Designed and coached by Kurt Begemann, these sessions are specifically designed to get you physically and mentally prepared for the 2016 season. Whether you are a competitive racer, or a recreational rider who wants to get stronger and faster, these classes will get you to Spring 2016 in the best shape of your life.

Athletes may sign up for sessions one month at a time, or multiple months and receive a discount. Classes will be conducted from November 2015 through April 2016. Choose between the following sessions:
